I'd say creepy. Massage Envy is legit, but getting that out of the blue from you might be misinterpreted. But you can use the stressed out situation to your advantage. Tell her she's obviously stressed and could use a few hours off to have a drink\dinner to clear her mind.

I'd casually ask if she was going to celebrate after her exam... see if she has plans. Then if she doesn't, say "Whoa, you're studying so hard and you are not going to celebrate afterwards? Let me take you out for dinner." Or... you can get another coworker (girl) to go in with you for the gift at which point you can be like, here is a gift from us to let you know we care and don't want to work with you when your stressed.
