good job not buying it. to answer the question in the title, YES it would be super creepy. like others said, invite her out for lunch/dinner/drinks, aiming to spend more time with her and get to know her better. then you can more accurately gauge if she wants to date you. if she's super adamant about staying a virgin til marriage, then sux for you I guess.
