You know your team sucks when you Orlando Palmerio as your starting right fielder and Jose Vizcanio as your starting first baseman.

Backe has a no-hitter through 3. He always pitches great on national TV.

Is Taveras the best base stealer ever. Damn he's fast. I wonder how many he's gonna get this year.

Looks like Biggio is going to be in the 3rd spot for awhile now w/ Baggy out.... and he's producing quite well there.

EDIT: Joe Morgan doesn't even realize that Willy T didn't play AAA.... he's talking about how Willy was touted as the "best this, best that" in "AAA", so it shouldn't be too suprising what he's doing up here. But, unfortunately Joe, when you realize that he's doing this straight out of AA, you'll be a little more impressed.

Ensberg is fire. 3 homeruns tonite!

What is that...8 or 9 homeruns in this series?

It seems like we are turning this thing around.

Complete game shutout for Backe... and 9 runs scored by the offense, with 3 HR's for Ensberg... pretty much a PERFECT night of baseball for the hometown team.

There's still plenty of season left... but this team HAS to start hitting on the road NOW for them to start making up some ground.

So if your team loses to the team starting Orlando Palmeiro and Jose Vizcaino 9-0, what are you?

Great games by Backe and MoBerg. Willy manufactured a run or two, and Biggio's looking good in the 3 slot.

I have found myself saying that a few times this year, and then we bounce back with a 2-1 defeat. And a losing streak ensues. I hope we keep it up.

I was driving to Dallas when i got home, I clicked on ESPN and to my surprise, the Stros' were winning 9 - 0...Holy Crap...

Could this be true...Morgan with 3 bombs...About freakin' time...All I can say is its great to win a series, and hopefully the bats will stay alive...

Gawd this team is damn good at home.

Hopefully, I've said this before, this is the turn around point.

    Last night's game was exciting.
