Damn if Jimy Williams doesn't over-analyze every little thing.

This is why we are screwed.

Man **** Jimi ****ing Williams. The b*stard is too bullpen happy. Don't take a guy out of his groove especially when he's keeping a guy like Bonds to settle with grounders. Our whole big 3 bullpen is composed up of fly ball pitchers. Should of kept him in the ****ing game. ****ER ****

You can't blame Jimy for this one...

Its ALWAYS DANGEROUS to leave Villone in, even if he is in a groove. (if he leaves a pitch up, this team can hammer him...)

We've been going to our bullpen all year... I can't recall a time they've let us down like this... all year. (they've been lights out recently, so the argument that their arms are falling off is not valid.)

Blame Lidge for being too careful with Galaraaga, which caused everybody to become tight after that...

Villone is a fly ball pitcher... he didn't turn into Sandy Koufax overnight.

I stand by Jimy's decisions... I wouldn't have even left him in to start the 7th.

Nick, Villone did start the 7th. He got the first out on 2 pitches!!! Then right after the out, jimmy took him out, I would have let him finish, but hey i am not the one being paid to make the decisions.

Jimy was rolling the dice with Alphonso and his ability to hit (or lack thereof) leftys.

Santiago and Galaraaga are much better hitters against leftys... in fact, Galaraaga hit the ball hard off him every time tonight (one went for a HR, one went foul out of the stadium, another was a screaming liner to Berkman that would be a double in any other park).

The bottom line is... Jimy didn't tell these guys to go out there and throw balls. In fact, these guys hardly ever walk anybody anyways... nobody in here would have been complaining about the move had Lidge gotten Galarraaga or JT Snow out.
