    Most attorneys do have free consultations, but this is not a case where there is a large money judgment to be had. An attorney working on this case wouldn't take a contingency. They would want to be paid hourly. The "don't collect unless you win" is largely on personal injury cases or other matters where there is a money judgment that the attorney can take a percentage of it. That is not this case.

    This guy needs a lawyer badly. It appears that he may have screwed himself royally.
