    darn...no edit....ugh.

I dont think Mobes should be traded unless we get something in return. There is no way in H**l I would drop Mobes. The guy resigned with us instead of leaving to Toronto (Was the team i believe) who offered more money than the rocks did. But he believed in the Rocks, that they will go somewhere. I is Stevie's best friend (not that this means we should keep him) and that had a major part of him staying here in houston.

I Like mobes game. He is like any other player, he can either shoot us into games, or out of them.
He is instant offense. Kind of like Rice has become...notice how there is no more get rid of Rice threads. (at the moment)

These kinds of threads come and go, as a player excels, and then slumps...on and on and on and on...

Mobes has been great as of lately. His defense has really gotten better.

And you can't say he has no Heart.

I'm sorry about that logic. If you're female then I'd just like to say that Nova is a beautiful name/username. :)

That's cool. I respect your opinion and I didn't know he resigned instead of going to Toronto. He does have heart and has improved a lot but I'll remain skeptical until the end of the Rockets's run in the playoffs.

"Darrell Armstrong, Kenny Anderson, Jason Terry, Derek Anderson, Earl Boykins, Terrell Brandon, Nick Van Exel, Sam Cassell, Mateen Cleaves, Jacques Vaughn, Tony Parker, Howard Eisley, Anfernee Hardaway, Mark(c) Jackson, Dajuan Wagner, Avery Johnson, Brevin Knight, Tyronn Lue, Andre Miller, Gary Payton, Erick Strickland .... any of those will do."

Geez, did you just open up the nba.com page on PGs and simply cut-and-paste? Some of those are FAs that you wouldn't have to trade for, a few are retiring, some cost too much, some are injured, one you can't even decide if you want the over-the-hill guard or the over-priced center ("Mark(c) Jackson") and almost all would represent a drop in team production.

Rather than simply spout a list of names, why not actually think about what player you would trade him for. Really give it some thought (look at the players contract, his current performance stats, his style of play) and *then* suggest him as a replacement.

Or if you prefer, spout out another list of assorted players and have folks respond with dunce emoticons... if that is your preference...

Heres an interesting question for some of the more "experienced" posters on here: Is it possible for a person to hijack his own thread??

I'll give you this, proteus, you're willing to give and take. Good luck in the future with your posts. For future reference, I hope you will : lay out your arguement clearly from the start; know you will meet dismissive/arguementative opposition; have a plan for a better rox team. Lively discussion and barstool debate ensues. Mix in a mistaken take at the Regal Beagle, some jiggles, and hijinx in the cover-up, and you have a hit show!

Also try not to use personal insult, except in hangout insult trading threads ;). Your momma is fat ;).

Cuttino has his faults, I know - I'm known as a "hata." But you have to make the team better with any proposal to dismiss him, and show how. There's always the chance he's going to play well, and prove you wrong ;).

You're missing the point. I just don't like Mobley and I was expressing that I didn't care who we got for him.
and actually i appreciated the dunce emoticons and any response.
Actually, I don't care if nobody to agrees with me and I kinda enjoy it. :p

yes. i have posted before thus I have "experience" posting and that would qualify me as "experienced" now if you had said senior or veteran posters... that would be more correct.

no need to thank me for the enlightening. your hatred is thanks enough.

Its not hatred. Its for my own enjoyment (see, we are just alike ;) ).

I find it hard to believe you are even experienced. I have never seen anyone post 40 times for the sole purpose of keeping their own troll-thread alive.

I am just waiting for Clutch or DoD to come in and bust you back down to 2 posts. Thats when the real enjoyment occurs. :p
