German Chancellor says "German multicultural society has utterly failed"

I personally think Canada is the most culturally tolerant country in the world.

That has mostly to do with the huge portion of major cities' population being immigrants.

However, this is probably only the case in major cities like Toronto and Vancouver. I remember visiting a small town in Canada with my basketball team in high school. A lot of my teammates were Asian, and a couple of cars past by us (mostly teenagers in the car) and yelling "asians! asian!" and then drove away laughing.. lol
