People has been pulling "facts" out of their asses a lot here lately. They should actually watch games.

Wallace is an efficient player, undoubtedly, except from behind the arc. He's on the downswing of his career though. I'm not convinced he's a lockdown defender anymore.

I would really like to get Wallace but not before a few trades....
Houston needs a star and there is one Oklahoma coming off the bench with super star material.... James harden is the next super star If I were gmail I'd atleast try to facilitate a 3 way trade between the rockets, thunder and l.a.....

    Something like this:

    Houston out: lowry, bud, Morris,hill
    In:harden ,collison

    Oklahoma out:westbrook, harden, collison
    In:gasol, lowry, bud+ fillers

L.a. out: gasol, goudlouck, 1rather round pick
    In: westbrook,scola+ fillers

Next trade martin+flynn+2nd round pick to Portland For Wallace,a big preferably

Then you trade expiring thabust and flyn for Kaman...

Trade is good for every team.

I'll just focus on the rockets.

Dragic/who cares when hardin and lee can run point
    Harden/lee
    Wallace/parsons
    Patp/ collison
    Kaman/ Dale

Haven't you heard? If you're over 25, you're old and declining, according to ClutchFans.

I swear people are obsessed with age these days. Lots of great players have won championships in their 30's. With all the advancements in the medical world, players should be able to last longer if they're smart about it.

For some reason I thought he was 30 or 31. My mistake.

Perhaps we should simply get Parsons to change his first name to Gerald. Wallace would probably remind the kid of George, which could be a bummer, so that's out. Yeah, Gerald Parsons should do it. Alexander could offer to pay for the name change. That'd be a lot easier on the old cap space, and cheaper than buying a second round pick. Thoughts?

Didn't realize the thunder were looking to rebuild mid-season sitting with #1 seed.

Secondly, the lakers get Scola and westbrook for Gasol? Really?!

    Just for reference:

the price for Crash last year was

corpse of Joel Pryzbilla, Dante "who" Cunningham, 2011 first round pick (from N.O. which turned out to be the 19th pick Tobias Harris)

    so,

the good news is that we can probably get Wallace for cheap(er) this year since his production has declined and contract situation is iffy.

Gerald Wallace can defend the 2, 3, and 4 positions. I saw him D up Blake Griffin in the post earlier this season. You have obviously never seen him play.

And neither have you, because your post is just pure ignorance. Please put down the [h]ashish.

Wallace would bring 3 things that are sorely needed on this club

    -rebounding
    -consistent effort
    -useful athleticism

    Blazers in shambles right now...
Really hope they have a firesale and we get this guy. He wants to win and he'd bring some much-needed toughness to this team.

This, he'd be a god send for the pf spot in small ball attempts.
