That wasn't the question. I'm not going to lose sleep getting rid of Snyder.

But Gerald Green sucks, face it. I'm kinda miffed we gave up a 2nd rounder, Morey can find players with those picks.

Not a bad for the Rockets. We weren't going to use Synder and in return we got some w/ loads of potential. Also I'm not sure if Morey was the Celtics when they drafted Green, but maybe he might have some insider info on him...at least that is what I hope.

Green makes less than Snyder does. Why did we send them a 2nd round pick?

Total Low Risk/High Reward type move. Green played well in Boston but not so well in Minnesota.

Will he pan out? Who knows. But he loves Houston, has shown to have a good shot, is athletic, and is long at 6'8. Snyder was worthless on this team.

Nice followup to the Bobby Jackson trade.

So it officially means no Artest or Miller.

HELL YES! Sky's the limit for Green's potential. We basically got him for free. H-Town kid comes home. Vince who? But all kidding aside, I love this deal. Can attack the rim, has good handles and can create shots. Athletic enough to get weakside blocks and steals. Of course, we all know he can jump out the roof and finish strong. Sounds a lot like T-Mac doesn't it? In fact, I believe he will be T-Mac's successor. The future is bright.....or should I say, GREEN.

Green might be swift part 2. Unless we get Artest or miller I can't excuse the bjax trade. If we are going for the future why didn't we just keep gay.

Basically nothing has changed w/ our core team. It would be great if Green actually contributes, but I won't hold my breath. Is this a move for the off-season?

Well at least we get another athletic swingman with size…something we sorely lack outside of our two starters. He played ok his last few games in Boston but his stats don’t look too good this season. I haven’t watched too many T-Pup games so I can’t comment.

Maybe working with an all-around talent like T-Mac and a fundamentally sound one like Battier will help him a bit.
