im happy for snyder. he seemed like a good guy and he'll defintely get more time in minny. as for green, if he couldnt handle minny's offense, he sure as hell wont be able to handle adelman's offense.

Well, good job Morey! Keeping Les happy with more potential sportcenter highlights. Nice!

He won't be here next year. He wont be anywhere next year. Europe maybe, if he can get his BB IQ up.

Yeah, I mean no 21 year old player EVER gets better...right?

He may stink but I love the risk for a player that was not even on our traveling squad.

I like the trade, cause I know he's oozing with potential, but a question has to be brought up.

If Minnesota, a team with nothing to lose and everything to gain doesn't want this guy, what makes us think he really is worth anything?

We knew what we had in Snyder, and he couldn't crack the rotation, even with Luther out.

Green has some upside and it's a no-risk trade

    I like it

snyder's defence sucks...oppotunities have been given to him from time to time but he proved that he cannot hold the ground when defending, can't beat his defend one on one and can't shoot when open.

Gerald Green is a guy with potential. I am not sure if he can develop his game, but let's see. we basicly got him for nothing.

Also note that Green was selected by Boston while Morey was there, so I am sure Morey knew what he was doing.

What Stromile Swift is to an NBA power forward
Green is to an NBA small forward

    Not impressed.

I hope Jackson can give a few good minutes, because it is going to be hard for Green to get amy minutes.

Well, Boston liked him enough that they really didn't want him in the KG deal but they had to give in. Just imagine running a fast break with Green on the wing. It's a dunk 9/10 times.

Too be fair, Minnesota isn't bursting at the seams with intelligent ball players, and none of their point guards can really run an offense. Playing with Rafer, T-Mac, and Battier, it should make the game easier for Gerald Green.

What Sportscenter highlights? He'll never see the floor.

This was done to accommodate Snyder. We exchanged one disgruntled bench player for another disgruntled bench player.

If Green couldn't get on the floor with a young rebuilding team, what does it say about Green?

I am not saying it was a bad trade. I just don't want everyone getting their hopes up. This trade was made to appease Snyder and smoke screen the fans into forgetting about the salary dump. This isn't something to get excited about. Its like Les Alexander stole our car but got us to forget by giving us candy.
