FYI...Marcus Fizer is on the Austin Toros NBDL squad, yet Ryan Bowen is on the Rockets. Blows my mind.

We traded garbage for garbage. Plus we got some $ out of it. We didn't lose out on anything.

    I'm happy.

Since Fitch is released, does it mean Rockets are going to sign someone else to fill the spot?

I'm sure we could get Moochie back if we tried hard enough.

They will. Thats why they cut Fitch. I look for them to sign a wing player with some size who can shoot a little from the NBDL or CBA. Or the could go they could sign a veteran like Darvin Ham or George Lynch.

That assumption is based on the thread that was started when he had a good opening game for the Heat with 14 pts. Did you care to check what he's done with reasonable minutes after that?

Marcus was called up by Seattle, he is no longer with the Toros, and we have lost 5 in a row now....4 of them after he left.

There was NO reason at all Marcus Fizer is not in the NBA, only effort is keeping him from being a very good player.

Man, that guy went from being the #4 overall pick in 2000 to the NBDL. I remember watching him at Iowa State, and he was a dominant scorer in the paint.
