I heard someone else bring that up that he meant the federal charges might bring some relief for Floyd’s family. If so that was really stated very oddly and poorly. if he cared about bringing peace for Floyd’s family he should take responsibility unambiguously.

Exactly and this guy in the video unfortunately, killed a 20-year-old woman shot two journalist at least one is dead covering the aftermath - then he killed a nine year old girl in the process destroying families left and right and because he supposedly couldn't fake breath I'm sure he's going to be looked at as the victim - this dude just killed almost a handful of people in a day and destroyed multiple family lives - thank goodness for the police for finally getting him and rest in peace to the true victims

I’m not surprised at all by this. MPD had already been under a consent decree with the State so this was expected.
