Well, you've obviously got no argument from me on that one. ;)

However, I don't think the majority of Americans are prepared to vegetarian at this point. Of course, once we have food replicators a la Star Trek, this will all be a moot point anyway. :)

chicken sucks anyways. but "Horrible conditions" for killing an animal. I mean does PETA have any condition for killing an animal that doesn't make them cry? What should KFC do? Give them lethal injections and a nice funeral?

Well I could've sworn that looked like Jason Alexander's face on the leg I had yesterday.:(

Wait till he sees what deplorable conditions the corn is raised in...

I have been to my local KFC maybe five times over the years. Every time I go they either totally screw up my order or show themselves to be incompetent in other ways. In effect, their service sucks. Their prices suck even more. Now that I know how they raise their chickens, I won't be back.

I understand what you're saying, but I do believe there's a difference. If they're going to kill the animal, I'd like for it to be as quick and painless as possible. I certainly don't want them to keep animals alive for long periods of time in poor conditions.

I killed a little bird the other day with a BB gun (actually, a friend of mine ended up doing it, but I would have). It was in my backyard and had a broken neck. It wasn't going to recover. In that condition, a quick BB to the head was better than living.

I feel the same way about these chickens: death is better than their living conditions.

I don't have a problem with killing for food (although I can't do it myself), but I wish they would do a better job with the living conditions of these animals. I also wish they would work on death being "quick and painless."

GEORGE: Do chickens have individual personalities?

    KRAMER: (shivering) I don't care.

GEORGE: If you had five chickens could you tell them apart by just the way they acted? Or would they all just be walking around? Cluck, puk cluck? Because if they have individual personalities I don't think we should be eating them

George Costanza is the best! Jason Alexander did a great job playing him.

Another fine example of the curse of ending The Seinfeld Chronicles.

    Only Jerry has done well.

    Jason Alexander
    Michael Richards
    Julia Luis-Drewfus :D

......all failed at capitalizing on sitcoms. If anything they should do a run-off like frazier and make a sitcom about Kramer for the love of God.

I miss the good old days.
