Sorry about the loss, Jeff. My dad is up getting up there and has taken everything -- prostate cancer, kidney removal, heart-attack, etc. -- and keeps on ticking. Think I'll give him a call.
My condelences Jeff to you and your family. If I was in Houston I would tip one back for your dad at your show tomorrow but I'll tip one back for him here in MN.
Sorry for your loss. I've lossed both of my parents, and it's hard to have that happen. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Sorry about your loss Jeff. I've never met you but you seem like a great person so your dad isn't really gone forever. He seems to have left a great legacy behind.
aww man, that sucks.. as a Buddhist we all try to have non attachment and understand the fact of impermanence, but it is awful hard. stay strong, my bro.
The older I get, the more I've come to appreciate just how remarkable a man my father is. Even at this age, he's still my rock...the family's rock, in fact. I think the entire family would have a profound sense of 'loneliness' if anything ever happens to him, we would all feel 'lost' in life, regardless of where we stand. I am sorry for your loss, Jeff, may he RIP...
