    i had no idea foley was 68... i knew gene had been around since before i was born, but i thought jim came along later on.

    man it's going to be weird.

    I wish there was some way to have the radio broadcasts of the championship years dubbed over the videos of the championships...

    That would be sooooooooo sweet.

    I would always put the radio on and mute the tv crew... especially on NBC.

    Gene and Jim were always so vivid and engaging on the air. I miss them already. (because I'm in Dallas. :( )

    yup we're all gonna miss them dearly. one of the best announcer combos in all of sports. gene should be getting as much credit as milo is getting for the astros. too bad this city is more of a baseball town than a basketball town. :( still love the city but wish it would have more ppl interested in basketball.

    Sad to see them go. Here is heir commentary over the last shot in T-Mac's 13 in 35 Miracle. I wish I had their commentary for the last minute of that game.
