Dude my room mate hung out with Bruce Bowen at his friend appt and said he was a badass and I never was much for bad blood so I'll go withyou on this. They are very 94 rockets-like. Say, which beer should i grab? a red stripe, a fat tire or a bud light (whichi have hundreds of it seems)?

I met Sean when RM95 brought him to one of my gigs. He is as tall as a tree and a hell of a nice guy. I wish him well and hope he makes the Spurs team. If he does I hope he plays like a superstar but flounders when the Spurs play the Rockets!;)

    Update:

Well, Sean's home a couple of days early. Got there around an hour early to shoot and work out a little bit. Drills started around 10:00am and they started nicely. They were doing shooting drills where he was hitting shots from all over the court, including some from the 3-pt line (he's a 7' Center), and doing other drills with Jeff Foster and Malik Rose providing the NBA talent. Well, on some post drills, he took the ball in the low post, spun and dunked it, but when he came down he said it felt like he landed on someone's foot except no one was there. As he tried to walk back, he felt his big toe coming in and out of socket. The trainer took him over to the doctor across the street who made the original diagnosis of torn ligament. So, he's back in Houston.

He called his agent to tell him he what had happened and that he was leaving. The agent called him back late last night to make sure he made it home OK. He also said that he talked to the Spurs and that they were intrigued by what they saw. Sean stuck around for the scrimmaging and he said that outside the two NBA big guys that were there, he was by far the best. Hopefully this doesn't take long to heal and he'll get another shot when he's healthy.

Now, it's my duty as a best friend to get him wasted. :)
