Is the "five ____'s" going to become a new meme?

I would like to see five T-Macs of the infamous Toronto game vintage, por favor.

Outside of Gasol those other 3 are not consistent.

It was painful watching Bynum on offense yesterday against Howard.

with 5 Ariza's every game would end in DQ because the rim would probably fall off after taking such a beating

Good. Internal turmoil is great for us. Hopefully they break down and we destroy them 1st round of playoffs

LOL implosion? It's not like the sky is falling for them, they're just unfocused. They're still the best team out there but they need to start playing like it soon.

Sidenote, Gasol was not going to get his shot off against Howard. He got most of his points by crashing the board or drawing a foul. It wouldn't be wise to iso him in that game. Bynum would be a much better option, but he never developed a rhythm. You could see that Howard couldn't muscle out Bynum. All he had to do was make those turnaround hooks and the Lakers would be set.

This is PERFECT analysis. Gasol is a joke late in the game. Really Gasol is one of the most overrated players in the league. He is SUPER SOFT, honestly people complain about Yao being soft, the only difference is Gasol gets all sorts of BS calls that Yao would NEVER get.

If Yao got the called Gasol got, he would get 20 FTs a game, and be the most dominant player in the NBA.

Fact of that matter is Gasol is a decent role player and nothing more and needs to stfu, because without Kobe the Lakers go no where, without Gasol, I still believe this team has a shot @ making it to the finals.

5 Ryan Bowen's and the score would be 0-0 going into the 10th OT.

    gasol still has a point.

phil brought this up when they played the grizzlies and kobe was gunning for the all-time lakers scoring record over jerry west. when kobe goes into ko-me mode it hurts the team.

If Gasol wants more touches, he needs to establish the position deep in the paint instead of making picks. He also needs to really shoot the ball and not pass the ball that much in late game situation.

It's good for Lakers if Gasol can shoot more but he has to work for it.

I'd take 5 Calvin Murphy. One of them keeps shooting the ball. The other 4 just twirl batons to distract the other team.

I should add that we should all hope for another painful divorce for the Lakers. Gasol is no Shaq. But Kobe can't win without him.

After watching the Lakers vs Magic on sunday, I agree. In the fourth quarter with around 6 minutes to go, I honestly didn't see anyone other than Kobe take a shot.
