I wouldn't be surprised if Sam Cassell has his chance to be Robert Horry for the next couple years. He already played a huge roll in 2 championships.

again, i think the Spurs were something like 9-4 or 8-5 without Duncan, which matches their season winning percentage.
No it's not. The award is largely based on the fact that Garnett has played basketball as well or better than any individual on the face of planet earth over the last 82 games. End of story.
I agree that KG had the better season. But, would anyone really take him over Duncan for a postseason run? I wouldn't.
How so? What if the guy played 50 games, and the team went 50-0, then lost every game he didn't play? There needs to be a minimum number of games played, sure ... I think 69 passes that threshold though.
