Don't know if you noticed, but I change it with the times--Astros' colors during late-season run, back to ROX colors otherwise--, and began with GAY colors of the rainbow. Actually, it was a joke from someone as a suggestion, but I took it, since it was over-the-top. Look at yours, though, man... it's boring... and what is with the O's in that color combination... at least spice up the MANY-KAMs a bit... give the names some life... color them, or something...

And reggietodd said he doesn't live in city of Houston. He lives in Friendswood. So the trash system is almost certainly different than City of Houston.

^ what he said. I think most subdivisions combine their trash with the water bill. The sticker concept is a little weird. Whats stopping you from printing your own sticker and slapping it on your trash can? Im pretty sure if you can get it to look simliar, the trashman isn't going to care.
