People are so quick to cast judgment without putting context to anything.

He wrote/performed that at a protest against troops because of a controversial case where american soldiers ran over and killed two girls but since it happened in a certain area, whoever in charge waived the crime and let the soldiers off free. Caused an uproar to the natives.. Now I'm not a fan of this guy by any stretch, nor do I think what he did was "right", but if the same scenario happened here - there'd be PLENTY of people saying the same thing in varying mediums.

It was in response to something that happened a decade ago. Some of you aren't drooling at the mouth with the thought of blowin' up any and all "towel heads" a decade after 9/11. They'd deny it now, but I remember plenty of people showing a very different side to their character after those events. Granted, 9/11 is night and day more devastating then losing two lives at the hands of foreigners but you know what I mean.

 

Well even after 911 I'd think any one that said something like

Not saying what what he said was right. But some of **** american soldiers are doing in those oversea bases are absolutely atrocious.

When you commit atrocious crime in another country as a foreign soldier and get away with it you don't expect a reaction from the natives?
