Shouldn't we form an alliance with another gang? I see that our overall gang ranking is climbing up the ladder and forming some sort of alliance should help solidify our position. Keep on pimpin'...
I wonder if perhaps I chose the wrong profession on this game. I look over all the top gangs and the majority of their members are Thugs and Pimps.
one of my characters is a dealer. He makes big money. But doesn't rank high. It will evetually be ok though because when you are making lots of money you can buy good upgrades and focus on your attacks then.
I didn't really make a choice, exactly, but I have spent all of my efforts up to this point at improving the abilities necessary to be a good drug dealer. If I wanted to change now, it would take me a while to be good at anything else.
I think you need to answer the initial questions in a manner that would fit the particular profession you want to be in (thug, dealer, pimp). Then, when you use your turn to pump up your traits, only focus on those traits that deal with your profession. I learned that today by breaking the long-lasting masculine tradition of not reading the instructions and giving in and reading the help files. I'm focusing on being a thug so I will use my turns on recruiting thugs, increasing my strength, and increasing my guerilla warfare. Check out the help files, they will tell you what to focus on for your profession.
I actually made sure that I answered some of the bottom set of questions corredctly. I ended up with a guy with good stregnth and a pretty good bit of cash. Now that my str is pretty high i have spent a few turns on INt,Chem,Six to try and start a drug operation for my thugs. That helps with some cash flow.
Does that free turns thing actually work? Cause I have tried it some, and It doesn't work, or am I doing something wrong?
You have to donate to the site before they will give you free turns. edit: My mistake...I always thought the free turns related to donating, but now I see what you are talking about. I'm definitely going to give that a shot.

When did you do it? Because after I did it, they said I wouldn't get credit for the free turns for 2-6 hours.
I just did it a little while ago. Nothing happened. Next month, why don't we just name the gang Clutch City?
Whatever the gang name, I think we can reserve the name so that we can keep it static from month to month.
