Click on the war room link on the upper left hand corner. In the middle bottom there will be a travel box. Choose US East and hit the Move button. It'll use up 100 turns, but hey Fahgetaboutit!!

I think Htownhero mentioned it earlier...if you're interested in a long-term investment and don't mind spending a little money right now...set your casino payout to be paid to the gang. We can then purchase more casinos which will eventually lead to higher payouts and more cash for everyone overall. This should lead to bigger things down the road...such as barracks (thug producers for the gang), jetlines, hummers, etc... Just a suggestion.
