I think we shouldn't do the 2:1 casino to barrack ratio. There is a point to where barracks cannot add additional thugs (4000 baby, 3000 punks, 2000 og's) and spending too much on barracks won't pay off in the end. Cash is what will ultimately increase the gang's value, although, at some point, the thugs in the gang will start attacking others like crazy and we will need a way to replenish our thugs....but I still think 2:1 might be a bit low. Maybe 3 or 4:1. Just a suggestion.
Guys, got a message from a gang called "rockbottom" asking if want to ally. They are ranked 93 so it might me a good idea. You guys down or what?
Sounds like a pretty good idea! They are similarly ranked and we both should help the other (although I still have no idea what alliances do! )

One nice thing about being a dealer is that you can kind of fly under the radar. I've been attacked a total of like 4 times since we started.
I think the best way to not get attacked is to not keep cash on hand and to keep low amounts of drugs. I don't look to attack anyone that has no money or drugs...and I'm sure most people do the same. BTW...check out the player rankings link on the left hand side. There is one guy who apparently is playing 25 people and stuck them all in the same gang and every single one of them is worth about $141 million. edit: Whoever BigOsc is...get out of the UK and back to the East Coast so you can reap the benefits of the casinos and barracks. You are actually slowing down the gang by not stick close by.
I saw where drew found this guy. If you have a lot of thugs go for him He has tons of cash but he has some pretty good gang friends. They will send thugs to help. BUt I was getting around 60 k per strike so it was worth it. ID- 722503 CK
I have about a thousand turns left and im just continually inmproiving strength and guerilla warfare..... Bought up herion when it was rock bottom..... I now have 2 m4s and 2 Humvees.... Anyone have any tips for me?

EVERYONE IN RANGE go for 722503 this guy has nothing and his gang members thugs are also depleting. If we get enough people to attack enough times we can take everything they have.
