Apparently Team Bondi will be putting out desks for burgulary and bunko (fraud) via DLC. They were originally in the game but they had cut them due to size constraints.
Ok, reading these posts really make me want to pick this game up. I'm fairly certain I'll get hooked though, and I cant afford spend significant chunks of my day in front of my PS3.
The game is divided up into 21 cases so their are good obvious stopping points between the cases. Toward the end though, the story got me hooked and I played about 6 hours straight.
To help with the questioning... It's not always about looking at the face, some people are good liars. The main thing is do you have proof to accuse them of lying? If so then they are lying period. If you don't have proof of them lying but (based on your feeling of it) think they are lying then doubt. Just beat the game, I must say the story is great. I really think this is a transcendent game as far as presentation of its story goes. When the credits rolled I was sure I just finished watching a movie....a very good one at that.
I believe I'm about 1 or 2 cases away from finishing the story. It's pretty amazing how everything comes full circle towards the end.
And it also looks like Team Bondi has already started on the sequel. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LA_Noir#Sequel
