My original comments were easy to follow...that yes, it is a COD killer and that 2 million downloads is not indicative of how many people are truly anticipating this game.

How freaking old are you, 12? Over-hyped? This game has overwhelmingly good reviews, maybe because it is good? Over-hyped is a game that doesn't deliver, that basically gets press off of the tech demos.

Titanfall has been playable by press and players since the summer conference tours. I played it at PAX Prime in August for Pete's sake. Over-hyped would be Watch Dogs. A game that was all about the tech demo that they are now trying desperately to live up to. Titanfall has already delivered on it's original promises, and it did so in beta before they showed off all of the bells and whistles. Hell, the alpha build I played was still an amazing experience.

I think it is hilarious (and sad) that people like you are making up reasons for the good reviews, like Respawn paying for them. So stupid. Seriously, you have nothing better to do - than to take time out of your day to openly bash a game that you allegedly don't care about. Dude, grow up. Go outside. If you don't like the game - fine, but don't make up some ridiculous reasons to try and make others follow you. It makes you just sound pathetic.

This game is going to sell millions of copies, and regardless of how much it sucks for you to swallow that fact - you'll just have to go on living your obviously well fulfilled life, knowing you were wrong. Millions of people would buy it in it's beta form, much less all the extras and polish coming our way in March.

That's not over hyped, that's delivering a game people want to play - as promised.

Yes, over-hyped. Need I say it more?

I also played it. I get it a "meh" of out 5. What's your point? It's a shooter that took game mechanics from other shooters. Whoopie-****ing-do.

I didn't make those up, idiot. It was relevant and something to say about the over-hyping of the game.

I didn't say I didn't care. My argument was you people over-hype the game like it was going to revolutionize the ****ing FPS industry aka the messiah of shooters. At the end of the day, it's still a damn FPS game that will get repetitive whether you think it's great or not.

I never liked CoD and it's sold millions. I think I'll survive. You done sucking Titanfall's dick or what?

No, over-hyping it is what I just explained above. That is exactly what you're doing with your previous comments awhile back about it before the beta. I played it and didn't think it was anything you've just stated.

Who's really the 12 year old here? Someone who's whacking off to a FPS game or someone who's calling you out on it?

My sarcasm was that he was gloating about getting 2 million downloads for the "COD Killer" and the revolutionary FPS beta of all generations. *

    *Sarcasm included

And apparently, I can't speak negative about the game; Must praise King Titanfall in all its glory! It has no flaws, it is not over-hyped, it is the true messiah that will relinquish us from FPS staledom! We will purchase the DLCs and Map Packs it will provide to us in the coming months. We shall not fear for Titanfall will save us all.

Not liking it is fine. What's the point of continuing to post in a thread about a game your not interested in though?

There are things I don't love about the game. Weapons kill exceptionally fast so there isn't really duels with other players as much as get hit and die for one side or the other. I don't know that the burn cards make for a very balanced game from round to round. They can be fun, but some of them like starting the round with a titan would never fly in a competitive environment. I'm interested to see how teams will be balanced skill wise if one team is losing badly every round.

It would be nice if I could launch my own private server just to explore the maps and practice roll outs and wall running stuff, plus private servers can give you the ability to consistently play against the same opponents if you wanted to, and set up matches with and against specific opponents. It would be nice if the game supported mods.

That being said I have enjoyed playing and plan on picking the game up at launch or shortly after, especially if I can find someone selling it for a discounted price. It doesn't have to be the greatest shooter ever made to be worth playing for me, and I'm sure I will play enough to get my money's worth.

You might not like it...but it's hyped for a reason....people have played it and can't wait for it to be released. Yes, this game will sell a crazy amount of copies, this game will slowly start the death of COD (even though COD has been dying for a few years now), and this game will be a nice, longstanding series for the XBO franchise.

I know you hate that, and that's why you're be annoying in your responses, but at some point you'll have to deal with the facts.

I have no beef against the success of this game not did I say anything about it failing and sucking. My posts are against people over hyping this game saying it will create a new genre of gaming, is revolutionary, and any usual hyperbole they can think of. I've played the beta and found it to be meh, but apparently I'm suppose to praise it always for being the messiah of FPS and save us from whatever the **** it's suppose to. I even have people trying to convince me otherwise.

That's why I started being sarcastic. It seems to offend people and have people rushing to defend a game like their life depended on it.

I think I'm going digital for Titanfall. Since I travel with the XB1, 1 less disc to carry.

I got lego marvel digital. I like it. Only thing that worries me at this strange is that you could fill the HD very quickly buying a few games that way.

An update is coming soon to allow for external storage over USB3 in the next month or two. So storage won't be an issue when you can get a 1TB drive for $70.

    Not just the game types...

    15 maps confirmed.

    And...

9 campaign matches, and you can play from each side, IMC and Militia. The matches consist of 5 Attrition & 4 Hardpoint games. Picking each side results in different pre-match briefings and chatter during the battles. There are some surprises which will keep things different from the traditional multiplayer experience.

    And...

    TURRETS! Which can be hacked.

    And...

    ZIP LINES!

    And...

    Generations, aka prestige.

    And finally...

    Monsters?!

It is clear, that this game won't be as "simple" as some made it out to be.
