Damnit the Stros are going to kill me!

Why the hell didn't Taveras bunt and try to squeeze? Why the hell didn't Ensberg take those fat pitches deep?

    AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!

The way Garner is using the relief pitchers in the top of the 9th, this should be the inning, the chance, the game. Can't afford to drag this game out long.

If they didn't get the clutch hit in the 8th, we wouldn't be going into extra innings w/ a chance to win. It's disappointing but you move on. To be fair, the Astros have done a better job this series w/ RISP, we just couldn't do it that time.

No clutch at all. In fact, the exact opposite. Players choking. As was said, story of the series. Need some luck.

Because if he actually got a chance to bat that inning, it wouldn't have mattered... because the game would have been over.

He should have had called the squeeze...

In that situation you really don't have a lot to lose.

Because he was either the winning pitcher or going out to pitch the 10th. There is no way he will require to bat or pitch-hit for him at that time.

If Lidge has a quick inning, I don't know if I wanna take him out of the game and pinch hit :(

this is so f*cking infuriating!!!!! that's the difference between these two teams - when the sox are presented that situation, they bring in runs, whether it's their cleanup hitter or their 9th spot. how we can manage to strand a speedy runner on 3rd with one ******* out is unexcusable.

why you leave taveras in if he isn't gonna bunt, when he's 0-4 and a DP a huge possibility is beyond me.

That's what I was thinking. Another bad decision by Garner.
