We're down one run. Big deal. C'mon 'stros. I think some of you are right to be angry at the trolls saying 'its over' at every turn. I mean really, what kind of fans are you guys anyway.

you'd think the eternal optimists would get tired of always trying to force that outlook on everyone else. getting pissed and posting game over is just as valid as "i still believe!!!" you'd think people would get tired of posting that but they don't either.

Its the 5th inning... and he had just retired Konerko (their best hitter) for the 2nd out of the inning.

Are you going to take him out right there? Because that's the only way the score might not be the same as it is now (because it was Pierzynski that got them the lead... and he was right after Konerko).

I know Roy is our best pitcher right now, but why did Garner stay with him so long? The bull pen hasn't been as good lately, but they might have been able to keep the lead.

No, its not valid because there is still a lot of game to play. It's idiotic to say 'its over' so early. Especially when we've come back from greater deficits a LOT.

Oh my bad. That's right. ROY O is trash. Trade him away for some BB and popcorn.

He did sort of do that earlier... but his control was off, and he seemed to lose the zip from his fastball after the 1st inning. Maybe another strained ribcage? Maybe his arm just started feeling tired again? I dunno.

I do know his first two fastballs were 96 mph and 98mph... and he didn't throw another one that fast for the rest of the game.

and now uribe almost hitting a 93 mph on the outside corner for a grand slam??? c'mon.... he's NOT a good hitter and that was a GOOD pitch.

i'm telling ya.... they use the first few innings to monitor the signs and then - POW! white sox cheatin' again.

What does blind faith have to do with the fact that we're down one freaking run with 4 times at bat remaining?

Remember when we were down 4 runs in the 8th?

I freakin hate the Sox... how can one team be THIS dialed in, it's freakin insane. Everytime we get a lead and get going, they come right back.

Uh ..seeing as how "believing" got us to the World Series, I would say it applies much more to this team than "game over" when we are down 1 run with 5 innings to play

They're like the 2002 Angels and 2003 Marlins rolled into one... just playing the best baseball of all right now.

Did you watch the 18 inning game? Did you watch us come back in Game 2 of the WS? Those weren't regular season games.

If you think 'its over' then why watch? Or more importantly why antagonize people who DON'T think its over?
