OK...just played this for about 2 hours this evening. Fun game. If you liked the original, you'll like this one. The Space Battles are a great addition as well. Things to consider: The controls are basically the same, but with a few differences. A different way to give squad commands, a different way to jump roll, ect. You can "Power Up" to special Jedi or Sith characters. Neato. I just played the quick play option, but if you play the actual game, you are apparently able to upgrade yourself and your starships. The game keeps historical player stats. Played about 30 minutes online. Much better playability online. I always had connection issues with the first game, this one played much smoother. You can't use every type of player immediatly in a battle...you have to "earn" your different players as the battle progresses. Offers new play options such as capture the flag. A new "run" ability. Much easier to get across those big maps. Uses your "stamina" bar. Anyways...like I said, if you liked the first one...this one is similar but with improvements, so it should be a good call. If you didn't like the first one, you probably won't like this one either. Because I liked the first one, and I think they improved upon it...I give it 3 out of 4 stars.
Played a bit...really liking flying into cap ships, getting out of the ship and destroying them from the inside out!
