Hell yeah. This is the best time of year for weather and beautiful fall colors in the Upper Midwest but I would trade all of that to be partying in H-Town tonight!
Don't even try going to Academy now... I had to turn around because the lines were out to the end of the parking lot. I wouldn't have minded waiting if someone was with me, but I guess I'll just have to wait a day for my gear.
I think its safe to say Oswalt is no longer the most underrated 20 game winner out there. He is on the radar people, so look out.
Great game by the astros. You know I figured that, based on last years pattern when I was overseas for most of september and then back in the US by october, the astros did better when I didn't watch the games or pay attention. It worked like a charm this season as I left in June they were DOA. But then I missed the game 5 debacle (though my hotel didn't have ESPN anyway) and figured I better watch, so I got up early and caught it on ESPN Asia. Fantastic.
Haha, I just saw I guy I work with drinking and smoking on the tv. The were focused on his face for about 5 minutes. I can't wait to tell him. I hope my boss saw that too.

You should watch Ch.13 ABC with Bob Allen, he's in St. Louis and he had some Card fans passing behind him talking ****, and Bob Allen just turned around looked at the camera and said, "And of course Cardinal fans are being good losers!" and then put on his Championship hat Classic, best coverage so far
espn is fantastic!!!! fat man and harold reynolds picked the whitesox.....yes, not only are we in the WORLD SERIES, we are GOING TO WIN...thank you espn, the more doubters the better.
I swear to God, I don't even CARE what happens now (though I will when the Series starts, I'm sure!) THIS is HUGE! I didn't know if I'd ever see this moment in my lifetime. I can't even believe I'm using the words "the Series" in the same post as "the Astros"!! HOLY &%$&%!!!
