    I'm not totally sure about this yet... a lot of times, the opposing team will put the pitcher on deck to not give away what they plan on doing for a pinch-hitter.

    Personally, I could go either way... sure Roy is at 118, but he's still gunning it up there... and he'll have a lot of extra rest after this game regardless of the outcome. But, you also want to keep them down while they're down... see Pedro Martinez/Grady Little game.
