Is it wrong that I cleared out enough space to record 10 hours worth of baseball tonight? I just want to make sure that I can capture the Astros game and be home in time incase it goes to extras.
Just checking in to say that the Astros have at least one fan in South Auckland, New Zealand today. I want LaRussa to be in the fetal position crying himself to sleep when he thinks about this series. Astros in six!!!!
Strangely, I'm not... I'm really looking forward to enjoying the game this time around, and this year I really feel that the Astros deserve to be there. Last year was a little flukeish... the 36-10 finish, having Beltran hit everything, trying to win with only TWO legit starters... I was along for the ride, and sort of happy to be there. This year, despite the departure of a few big hitters, I EXPECT this team to show up... play hard... and find a way to win.

Me too! Which is why I find it strange that I am not nervous... hell, I used to get nervous for Oilers/Rockets pre-season games. Now, I don't even know when they're being played .

I feel the same way. I'm strangely not nervous at all. I have faith that at some point in the game, the bats will come around.
The Van Halen song "Dreams" that Fox was playing to introduce the Astros is the best song ever written.
