    Well that sums it up. Our hitters finally start to show some patience, work the count and fight off pitches. We get a rally going and what happens? First pitch swinging, ground ball out.

    viz instead of bagwell? really? solid at bat by viz too with that screamer to first.

    i didn't see the whole game but i have a hard time believing those strikes were called all game b/c 8 people would've been thrown out by now. i mean those 2 strikes to ausmus came in mid-shin, not even close to a strike. we didn't even get a fair shot at it.
