man tracy tends to hesitate before he drives now, if he would just have the mentality from the start to finish the play really strong then he would do it more (he sure as hell is capable of it)
Lakers are the best team in the NBA. Yeah, I said it. And if Bynum comes back strong (very questionable) and meshes with Pau, they are the best team by a good margin.
when i heard that the lakers got gasol i felt sick in my stomach b/c i knew that they just rebuilt a dynasty team
man thats great quality, can you get that for the rockets games that are played on national tv (espn, tnt)??? I hate not being able to watch the games that league pass doesn't have
is it just me or has amare committed about 7 or 8 over the back fouls in this game without getting called for one? even without shaq in the game the lakers were getting worked on the boards by the worst rebounding team in the league. they definitely need bynum against a team with a true center b/c gasol/mbenga ain't gonna get it done inside on defense. against center-less teams they can have their way, but not against shaq.
The atdhe stream in HD is down. Here is another stream, not as good quality unfortunately. http://www.raptorsnation.net/nbatv.html
Without marion suns look like one of the worst defensive teams now. What a bad trade by the suns. They must be regretting it now.
This is his first half with the Suns... But really, who didn't think that Shaq would be almost irrelevant? Thank god for Stevie Kerr. Not only does he mortgage the future by selling his draft picks and trading them away so that other teams can take players from him (players that fetch a 1st+Brent Barry too...), then he goes along and completely whacks Sun Nation with Marion for Shaq. Thank you Steve Kerr. Thank you so so much.
Looks like folks here are thinking that Shaq is a bad move for Suns, I kinda agree. Interesting thing is, I just went to Suns fans bbs, and guys there are pretty happy with Shaq's performance in this game till now. Very interesting contrast.
refs doing their part to get the suns back in this game. suns already in the penalty with about 3 or 4 ticky tack fouls, including giving nash 2 gimme free throws, meanwhile suns haven't been called for a foul, even as radmanovich gets nailed on that shot inside. edit: stoudemire is getting the jordan treatment tonight. over the backs with no call, every touch foul as he goes to the basket, offensive fouls not called.
this is why odom can be so frustrating. i've never seen a 6'10 guy turn so many easy layups into tough finishes by contorting all around to avoid the imaginary block. and he finishes like rafer for most of his rockets career.
