A clue for two posters' monikers:

One poster's moniker is actually a permutation of another poster's moniker.

(I think it's probably pretty easy if you frequently visit GARM.)

EDIT - Hint: the length of their monikers is no more than 4 characters.

On the right track... think about spacing of the characters and curiously-capitalized letters. also, my clue was shoter than this poster's moniker.

I've thought of changing my moniker a few times to something cooler like my MySpace moniker "RocketsJudoka" or "Rob Halford" or "SuperStud" but am too lazy and don't want to lose my precious post count.

Joe Joe got the codell one...
Now what about 1? or 2? or 10?

    1) Second Scripture Reference Fifth & 14+3
    a) Fine Italian leather
    b) Apostle Paul wrote this

    2) electronic greed for real estate
    a) abbreviation for first name
    b) nine letters

    10) cook it in a pot, address it in slang, smells can result
    a) leafy green & monetary
    b) has a "cab" in it

(hint: I take my clues from facts about the username/moniker threads -2 of which I started over the years... I remember some of the descriptions of their meanings... funny "codeLL" it was a nice puzzler anywho... :) )

    Clue:

I am definitive call given by an official towards a player, after a severe, or uneccessarily persistant/aggressive altercation occurs during a game of hoops.. sometimes given to end
unorthodox game delaying provocative gestures as
was in this rare case.. where a certain number 1
interfered with a proceeding game.. by parking himself
on the court floor for a round of pocket Neo-Geo..

it was so extraordinarily unthinkable of an incident....
that the official had no other way to annoint me as.. other than to literally combine the incident's and the
    participant's namesake as my ruling..

    wording me as.. the..

    IROC,

I didn't know that there was a poster named "Chase" here - I kept thinking you were meaning "Chance".
