Surprisingly good graphics and storyline IMO. Controls feel cumbersome. I am sure I will get used to it though.
See I thought the graphics would be a lot better...I guess I was hoping for something like Motostorm or Resitance...IMHO, the graphics are the same quality as San Andreas but maybe I expected more...I do like the storyline...I haven't played in a couple days so I plan to this weekend...
I don't think the graphics are as bad as San Andreas. Its definitely improved but we all know that GTA has never been known for good graphics. What its always lacked in graphics its makes up more than enough in game play. The only real complaint I have is when its dark, its REALLY dark. So playing at night is almost impossible, I usually don't run missions at night.

There is this setting in the pause menu under "options." It is called "brightness." Try turning it as dark as possible and then see if you can play.
You're probably right, but that's beside the point...IMHO, as there may be more detail in the background, the cover behind car & running from the cops look about the same...Don't get me wrong, I get it, but I thought it would have been better...the other shots look vastly improved, i do agree...
What surprises me is how the clothes on some of these games still looks horrible. At least on Hitman his tie moved. CoD4 char models look awesome. Lack of graphics for gameplay? By gameplay you mean go to a letter on a map to trigger a go steal/kill/follow/getaway mission?

B/c it would have added more depth to the gameplay? Ok so make his motivation to become clean by taking care of these problems, but it doesn't mean you can't advance your character in skills and such. OK, so disregard the whole make himself into The Man part. Still could have added the other aspecs of things. I just figured, well he's all about the money ("as long as it pays he doesn't care what he does") on way to his revenge, he might as well get rich (which you do) and have nicer things. He doesn't have to be a crime boss himself. A good story is great for a game. It really adds to the value. But gameplay > story. I just find the gameplay of this particular game a bit on the weak side. Again, this is just my opinion.
They are? Bleh. There's enough of those. CoD4 was such a huge success, why wouldn't they want to roll with it? Suck.
Because they started COD5 before COD4 was released. If you haven't noticed, the even COD games (COD2, COD4) are made by Infinity Ward, and the odd ones (COD3, COD5) are made by Treyarch IIRC (and they're usually not very good...but hey, more money for Activision). Fortunately, COD5 will be the last non-Infinity Ward COD. COD6 and all future COD games will be made by them, and chances are that they won't go back to WW2.
I've been trying to do some achievements the past couple of days but some of them are a b****. For instance, how the hell can I roll a car 5 times in one crash? The most I can manage is 3, and that's basically after driving off a cliff. However, I did complete the "Wheelie a bike for 500 feet" achievement. The easiest way (and the only way I could do it) was to go to the airport and steal someone's scooter. Then ride out to the runway and go for it. You can pull all the way back without falling on your ass, so it's really easy. The only problem is that driving/riding on the airport runway gets you a 4 star wanted rating. The achievement remains even if you die trying to get away though.
Spoiler I killed DWYANE! I should have killed Playboy, I would have gotten his loft and some back up if I need it. damn, now if I want that I have to start over, damn autosave.
