2 for 26 now with runners in scoring position. :(

And yet, we some how are winning this series 2-1.
(I can't believe Morgan and Lance don't have any RBI's in this series yet)

on a side note , what the hell is up with Ensberg?

anyone else think that him constantly changing his stance is throwing off his timing?

They just need to get that one well-placed hit... and things will start rolling our way.

Not only is this reminding me in game 5 because of the way Backe is pitching, but it also seems that way because of our hitting that game... Woody Williams was getting our guys out with smoke and mirrors that entire game, until JK hit the walkoff off Izzy.

Jim Deshaies would constantly point it out... and be amazed that he had the ability to do that.

Once again, Backe walks a guy for no good reason... and it looks like its going to cost him big-time.

This is exactly how game 5 went.

He looked great the first few innings, and then BOOM. trouble.

How SHOCKING...one of Backe's walks scores....

If he EVER learns that lesson he will be a very good pitcher.

Holding Pujols to a sacrafice fly... I must say, that was about as good as you could have hoped for in that situation.

They should never pitch to albert pujols. The astros got lucky that he only hit a sac fly, but with 1st base open why pitch to him?

Its still early in the game... and Backe is not one start removed from giving up a grand slam with the bases loaded.

Also, going by that AB, Pujols was lucky to barely make contact with that 0-2 slider to keep from K'ing out.
