Garner predicted the team wouldn't score for another 40 innings the way they were hitting. Maybe self-fulfilling?

You know something guys... our team...our NATIONAL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS...put up 3 runs, 6 runs and 5 runs in the 1st three games. With our starting pitching and bullpen that should have been more than enough. I'm gettig sick of this negative crap. I'm gettin frustrated too, but I'm not losing perspective here. The Astros deserve to be here, than just ran into a Sox team that is on fire right now. So quit ure b!tchin and support the Good Guys!

It amazes me that a team that gets into the World Series can look so overmatched and offensively feeble as the Astros team I'm watching tonight. Most of the batters look hestitant to get in the batter's box. What's going on with the Stros?

A batter finally gets on against Backe.

He retired 11 in a row.

That's a ridiculous statement, made in frustration I'm sure. But this team would not be anywhere near here if not for Morgan. He is just in a funk, and God Bless America he has to break out of it NOW!!!

FOX is really starting toget annoying.

"Just like last night against Roy Oswalt, the SOX are watching Backe and are being able to see the breaking ball and will hit it like that. " Umm...jackass he has retired 11 in a row.

"Crede can be even bigger in the Sox Spotlight with a crucial hit here"
But down the rubber, and get off the jock...

I think the frustration a lot of fans have right now has to do with the way the hitters are getting themselves out. If they all battled as Backe did in his at bat, it's another thing, but from last night to now, a lot of at-bats are just simply weak and horrible. They are so pressed.
