I'm not really rooting for any team, but this game is GREAT! Astros with a clutch homerun. Cardinals with a clutch homerun. Astros with their backs against the wall. Can they win it? Exciting.

I haven't had this feeling since Malone bearhugged Clyde and Stockton hit the jumper.

I don't give a damn if it was Garner or Lidge.

Whoever decided to pitch to Pujols will rot in hell. Any smart player/manager walks him.

    Whoever didn't is a r****d.

    This is about 100x worse.

A missed Stockton shot wouldn't have sent us to the finals... hell... it wouldn't have even won that game for us (it was tied).

This is heartbreaking... and I am this close to officially hating baseball for doing this to me.

I think it's ok to go after Pujols. It wadn't a horrible pitch. But damn. It was the walk that killed us tonight.

Why? Pujols is the best hitter in baseball. Reggie Sanders is sort of average. It's a no-brainer. You give Pujols nothing to hit, or just flat out walk him. You don't give him a chance to win the game.

That's an F type of mistake. Inexcusable in every sense of the word.

If that was Garner, he should be fired for that single mistake if it costs Houston the series.

Any fastball over the plate is a horrible pitch to Pujols.

Ditto what haven said. I don't care if the bases are loaded, don't throw to Pujols. Especially not a fastball.
