[Game] Batman: Arkham Knight

Hearing rumblings that it has to do with Scarecrow's torture utilizing his fear toxin. Similar to the first game, but more menacing.

 

looks great. i wonder how long into the future it will take for a game like this to be an online type game. the graphics looks amazing.

 

Sweet, I liked those sequences. Although, they're very similar to other games. The first 2 were so good, I'm willing to give Rocksteady the benefit of the doubt.

 

That Arkham City game is one of my top 5 games all time. So much fun diving into that universe.

 

GTA V 3 characters storyline or co op?

 

This is one of those games that cause people to go from last gen consoles to this gen.

 

True statement. I built a brand new PC for the sole reason of playing this game on the highest settings.

 

Yeah, I'm upgrading to the PS4 just for this.

 

Welp....this comes out next week. Cannot freaking wait....

I've been preparing myself by playing Arkham Origins and reading a ton of Batman comics. My body is ready.

Review scores are strong, with the exception of GameSpot. Sometimes I think they give low scores just for the hell of it so they can claim status as the harshest critics. I'll read their review and see what I think.

Ugh! I was going to hold off buying it until a sale out of protest... there goes that idea.

 

Protest? Cus of the DLC/Season pass stuff? Or?

 

Yeah, that stuff really pisses me off. You pay for only 80% of the game.

 

Understandable. In this case I'm getting it from Gamestop and for PS4 so I'm getting all the Scarecrow Nightmare missions + Red Hood + Harley Quinn junk. I don't think I'll even play all of those, so I'm not really worried about additional DLC. I've yet to finish one of the Arkham games even though I've loved them (didn't play Origins for obvious reasons).

There's not a lot of single player games I end up finishing honestly, I love them intensely for awhile then toss them to the wayside. Playa style, or something.

 

I'm glad I preordered the Limited Edition. Can't wait to play this game.
