How many technicals does Dwight have this postseason? Isn't it a rule that if a player gets 7 technicals, they are suspended for the following game? I haven't kept count but Dwight has to be near that 7 technical limit. If the refs don't affect today's game, they can certainly affect the next game for the Rockets (if they win) if Howard gets suspended for Game 1 of the WCF..
I'm sure somewhere out there on the interwebs, there's a Clippers forum having this exact same freakout. Relax.
Dwight is at 5 technical fouls. List is here: http://espn.go.com/nba/statistics/player/_/stat/fouls/sort/technicalFouls
Hoping that having JVG on the call today for ABC gives us a chance for a more fair whistle. I'm sure he's not opposed to calling out bad calls with the trademark JVG disgust!! "That's not a foul!" "That's a flop!"
Then David Stern becomes commish for 10 minutes to give a $100,000 dollar fine to JVG because he was speaking bad about the referees.
He does but the refs call it different for him. He gets techs for walking away sometimes.. If we can get to the WCF, Dwight is going to get suspended for one game.
Almost makes you think the NBA wants the story line associated with the Donald Sterling controversy doesn't it?
Great commentary crew. they called everything right and thought the referees made some ridiculous calls and non-calls.
