    This was a massive disappointment.

Not only did the viewing party start a full 2 hours late, the process for getting wristbands was disorganized and infuriating not only to fans, but to the employees working the event.

T-Mobile sent out text messages and emails saying you could bring 5 friends for VIP access with free food and drink. The wristbands that were given out in all of about 90 seconds only granted access to one person for VIP. Waste of time.

If you weren't lucky enough to snag a wrist band from the mob, you could sit in the club area where you could shovel money into Aramark's hands and watch the game with no commentary. Needless to say, me and my 5 friends went home and had beer and pizza instead.

T mobile and Toyota Center event staff botched this one pretty badly, and I'll think twice before even attempting to attend a mismanaged promotional event again.

I thought it was kind of cool, although I wasn't thrilled to pay game day prices for stuff to watch the game on TV. We had a couple of beers and then went and hit a bar at halftime.

I like the idea of it, maybe it will be set up better in the future if they do it again.

I believe the problem was it was a promotion not from the Rockets, but from T-Mobile.

They were too busy worrying about their propaganda than the actual game.

I hope the Rockets set one up for other away games, because I believe T-Mobile is doing one of these promotions in every playoff city, a one time thing only.

I thought it was cool to be in TC watching an away game. I mean there were at least 1000 people there. The Tmobile gmicks were annoying. They need more dancing from the RPD also. I would go again... since we drank before.

You know the ushers were rude.

It was alright...I mean...a friend of mine won $500 haha. The only thing I didn't like was the t-shirt tosses...especially when the game is going on...tied game...in the 4th with about 4 minutes to go....I was trying to watch the game while idiots around me were going crazy over free stuff.

It was pretty lame. 8 Dollars for a beer at a friggin viewing party? Might as well have gone to a bar.

    T-Mobile masturbation everywhere.

Grown men standing up and screaming for party favors to be thrown to them while the game is going on.

    We left at halftime.

I thought it was pretty fun. Dave nailed it, though -- the T-Mobile folks weren't exactly in-tune with the game, you could tell, and kept coming back to the telecast late -- including missing the first minute-plus of the third quarter (including Yao's third foul). But the atmosphere was great and of course the video board was fine. I'd definitely go again. Although ideally they could come up with a better giveaway than those net things... ;)

I probably would have stayed with y'all if it hadn't been so late of a game. I always have fun as long as I have people around who get my jokes. :)

I enjoyed it. I like having tons of people cheering for the same thing. It got me even more pumped than I already get when watching the game. Would have been nice if we won but it just amplifies my horrible record when going out to watch the game in public. I just can't do it.

I mentioned down the stretch that Ron was acting dumber than the grass we walk on, but no one got that. :(

I thought the intention was good (unless it turns out to be a two and a half hour T-Mobile commercial.)

I kinda liked the set up with the scoreboard. I hated the placement of where they hung the banners. How the hell are you supposed to see the scoreboard if youre on the side?

What pissed me off the most is that they got back to the game late after commercials.
The T-Mobile DJ sucked. He looks like a tool. The T-Mobile ref girls looked like they cook all their food in Manteca grease shortning thing.

If I stayed longer, I would have Booed the **** out of T-Mobile more loudly. During the eat the head commercial, I booed Charles. I booed D-Wade. I booed the chef and waitress.

I booed the kids shooting the baskets. Yeah, i'm a bad guy. I just want to watch the Rockets. I felt sick to my stomach when Deke went down. I had a bad feeling in my stomach.

Now, the Viewing party last saturday. :(

I wish I went. But Humble? Come on. Come down to the 1960/249 location or Hollister location.

How the hell do they bring their A Team when I don't go?

Jesus H. that is four of the top 7 RPDs on my Kam RPD list.

look at the caption on picture 14.

someone on the chronicle should get fired.

    it says this

Party line: Thousands of fans showed up at the T-Mobile Viewing Party at the Toyota Center to watch the Astros take on the Blazers.
