Hey you guys, I haven't been there for like 2 and a half years and I was wondering how are the beaches there now, and where or what number do I need to find to get a reservation for one of the beach spots that has a barbecue pit already ready. Thanks.
We're not going to swim in that dirty water, we just want one near the beach that has a barbecue pit already there.
The beaches look like this now The local gov. has done a great job of maintaining them from oil spills.
that is not Galveston. The water is dark and brown. That beach is in Hawaii or something cause I don't remember it having blue water like that.
[/QUOTE] AAAAAHHHHH!!!!! W.T.F is that?!!?!?!?! That's disgusting. She looks like sloth from the Goonies.
There isn't any oil on the beachs of Gavleston (yet). We were down there this past weekend and the weather and beaches were nice. (Granted this is all based on the gulf/Galveston standards)
Was there last month and the beaches are the same as pre-Ike. In fact, the most glaring difference was the lack of non-tropical trees, which all died out after the flooding. Of course, if you're sticking to the tourist route - 45 to 61st to Seawall, you won't notice that.
Guy's that is pretty wrong... No girl is that Ugly unless something terrible happened, birth defect, etc..
