When do you think the bad calls started? After the Rockets were up by 15 and 17 points. Those leads were going higher. Again, I don't think you actually watched the games or you are lying to yourself. Go watch the games and find out for yourself. The Warriors were smiling and laughing after every time the Rockets went in the paint. The Rockets quit in the 3rd Q of game 6. Look about a minute or two before Gordon missed the FTs. Harden had to try and calm him down. You could see Gordon discussing it with Harden. Everyone saw it. Go watch the video put together on game 7. Even Reggie Miller and the announcers knew and then shut up. Hell Colin Cowturd and Nick Wright were tweeting about the games and all over Reddit and how the betters knew before the game by referee matchups. This goes back years. I knew the moment I saw Scott Foster pop up for Game 7 what was going to happen. The next day you see the sport shows and no mention. Harden laughs when asked after the game knowing he has the next one. Morey has an awkward comment that we should not have lost that game. No one is going to say anything because of money but everyone knows. They did it in 2005, they did it before, they did it this year, they can do it again. If you don't believe it I don't know what to tell you. Game 7 if not for those calls on Harden he has 45, Rockets win, and he has his signature game if you are a fan. The Rockets kept throwing up 3s in both games because at that point they were worn out from driving inside and getting knocked down. That high % shot became a long range two and then the Warriors knew the Rockets would be predictable because of the reffing so they crowded the outside. I almost always believe refs don't matter in close games when calls go both ways. These were not those cases. I have seen the Rockets stink it up for 40 years and have no problem calling them out. Harden playing in dreamland on D, turning the ball over with mindless passes on multiple plays in a row, lazy offense, Ryno, etc.
The warriors pace themselves, and know they can destroy any team in the 3rd quarter. They did it all year. Their main problem was complacency, and not taking teams seriously. Count how many games this year the started off lazy, fell behind by 15-20, then just turned the switch on in the 3rd and won by 20-40. You sound like you only watched a few games in the playoffs. Conspiracy theories are the refuge of a weak mind, I'm afraid. The rockets were close because Iguodala was out. The warriors did find a way to adjust without him, and the last two games were really never close or in doubt, especially after CP went down. But that had nothing to do with any hidden league agenda, or ref conspiracy, man. That's ridiculous. Without CP, the warriors knew they would have absolutely no problem with houston, so they started off lazy like the regular season, then did what they always do, and always expected to do. There is just no answer for them at the moment.
Alright, I'm not gonna talk about the refs or whatever. But let me set this straight. GA were shook by us. Not take us seriously...plz, turn it on.....LOL Get outta here. You dont get taken to 7 games cause of "complacency" LOOOL oh here we go the Iguodala nonsense. They need 5 future HOF to beat our two. That sounda pretty weak bro. Their "adjustment" was Chris Paul getting injured. You said it yourself. And just so you know with a healthy Luc(who is just as important to our team as Iggy), they go down in 6. Dont kid yourself, they won cause of injuries thats it, it wasnt cause you were unstoppable.
I watched every Rockets game and I watch the Warriors a lot. I have been watching for 40 years. I saw GSW win by 30 and lose by 30. I saw the Rockets blow out a lot of teams with long winning streaks. The Warriors lost focus at time, the Rockets lost focus at time. Warriors had injuries, Rockets had injuries. You don't watch the games. The Rockets had no trouble keeping up in the 3rd in game 2, 4, 5. We have already discussed 6 & 7 but you still haven't watched the video of game 7 or you wouldn't be making these arguments. The Rockets are a team that scored 50 points in the 3rd earlier in the playoffs against the Wolves. That's also the Rockets trait throughout the season if you knew and watched the games. They have 2-4 minute 20 point scoring spurts. It's common to both teams. I also know that Foster/Brothers reffed the Jazz game the Rockets lost because I watched that too as well as game 1. It's on video, announcers that don't like us were shocked, its not tin foil babble because you are a GSW fan. If you can watch this video and tell me it didn't matter seriously, good luck with your credibility. This wasn't even half of the one-sided calls. No, I don't normally watch games reffed like this. Cowturd's comment was that the game 6 tape should be sent to the Smithsonian. I watched game 6, knew the fix was in, and we all waited for Scott Foster to be assigned game 7. Rinse and repeat. Ask yourself this question, no one was here last year or a previous year, except 2005, seriously making this argument and especially for this long because IT HAPPENED. Negate multiple 3s, 4 point play, tackling on countless layups, multiple 3s made on GSW tackle screens, and so on. Where is the video with all of the bad calls against the Warriors? You mostly see them smiling and they like to get kicked out of games Scott Foster refs. I guarantee you if the roles were reversed for games 6&7, the media would never have let it die as evidenced by the level of game 1 chatter with Cleveland over one charge.
Brother Our Trophies are in Florida next to some bobble heads and a chia pet http://www.nba.com/article/2018/02/...uston-rockets-championship-trophies-1994-1995 In an interview with David Barron of the Houston Chronicle, Alexander says he has the Rockets' two championship trophies at his house in Florida. His retaining of the trophies is permitted by the NBA: "They're here in a corner at my house," he said during a brief phone conversation. "I haven't decided how to set them up yet." Alexander had the right to take the trophies with him because the NBA presents its championship trophy to the owner of the team, and it is the owner's prerogative to handle the trophy and display it as he chooses.
This made me laugh pretty hard when I first read it, Bob. (much needed food for the soul) Color me grumpy, now... Watching the cadaverous Adam Silver this evening has forced me to confront some demons. (yes, I'm watching)
Typical Les, tin. His unmitigated greed that was on full display over the course of his tenure is illustrated here in undeniable fashion.
