Defensively, he needs to bulk up as much as possible, learn the footwork, learn the positions. He has the instincts, the length, the athleticism to be a solid defender. He's only 24, hasn't even logged one season's worth of minutes yet. He seems to be developing dramatically in Detroit this season.

In his last 15 games, he's averaging 13 points, 6 boards, 1 steal, 1 block on 55/39/80 shooting, in only 21 minutes per game. That is some really good production.

What's most impressive, and shows potential for serious growth, is his FT rate. In his last 15 games, he's LEAD the entire Pistons team in FT's made per game, in just 21 minutes. More then Drummond, more than Rose, who both averaged over 18ppg and 30+mpg in the same 15 game stretch.

Per 36 in his last 15 games, he's averaged 5.7 FTM per game. WB in the Rockets last 15 games per 36? 5.5 FTM.

He's got real potential to blossom. He's averaging a whopping 66% TS this season, which is seriously impressive considering he only takes 42% of his shots at the rim.

I'd trade our 2022 1st for him and pray we can lock him up long term this off season.

Oops @malakas was referring to Wood. My bad.

I agree though, defense is Wood's biggest weakness.

Too upright in defensive stance, no strength especially in core.

He has called literally every move this trade deadline hours before anyone else. He's even been calling stuff for weeks that have just recently panned out into reality.

Nobody wants to do your homework for you. If you want proof, go check his twitter. If you refuse, fine. But the dude is quite clearly legit.

    He's not "clearly trolling"

a quick rift through his twitter feed will tell you everything you need to know. He is calling everything hours before it happens.

He got Robinson to Philly about an hour before Shams did.
    He got Cov to Houston.
He got Bogdan will not be traded.
He called that Gallo would be traded and probably to the Heat.

This is the tweet that made me believe:

Cause about an hour later Shams reported it on the money when no one else mentioned it before.

I’m reading the Rockets would like to get Markieff Morris and I campaigned for MM and C Wood during the season...

But I think it will be Willy Hermangomez from Charlotte

BraBra (my autocorrect is not going to like that) seems to think O'Quinn from Philly is who Morey is targeting.

2.03 million. Still leaves room for a other 3.7-3.8 million guy.
