Well his shoe size is pretty good for his height (Shaq has size 23 at 7 foot 1; while Yao has 18!)

Yao's a freak, in a good way, to be that big and give you 20/10 (pre injury) in the NBA is pretty impressive.
We've seen a few guys who are really huge, but they are all basically the same, can barely run, not a lot of skill or touch...and just look weird in basic motions.

 

It takes a lot more than just height to be Yao. People don't realize this, but Yao is pretty damn athletic given his size.

 

How long till he begins to break down?

too tall isnt great either, look at yao....hurt all the time and cant even move nor block a shot without getting a foul called on him
