ALBUQUERQUE, NM -- Police have matched DNA taken from a 31-year-old man to semen found in a yogurt sample that was offered at an Albuquerque grocery store. Albuquerque Police Department spokeswoman Trish Hoffman said Thursday an investigation is continuing but the man faces a potential charge for battery. Hoffman says Food and Drug Administration authorities are also looking into the case and might pursue a federal felony charge for food tampering. Police responded to the Sunflower Market in northwest Albuquerque on Jan. 26 after a woman called 911 and reported a store employee had given her what she was told was a yogurt sample. The woman told police she believed it was actually a bodily fluid. Hoffman says the man was arrested on an unrelated warrant. (Copyright ©2011 by The Associated Press. Did he just jack off in a ramekin and tell people it was yogurt, or did he mix it with some real yogurt first? Maybe he just put it in the fridge for a bit and let it congeal?
It doesn't say she tasted it so its even more impressive she knew it was semen just by being in the vicinity.
I remember hearing about this story when it came out. Slimeball was handing out samples at the store, and the lady did taste it. She recognized the taste and spit it out and threw it into the trash. The police grabbed the sample from the trash to test it. Basically, a lot of people ate his semen before he got caught.
To me. . if it is my food. . . I consider it reason for Justifiable Homicide. You just don't f**k with what people ingest. That is criminal levels of nastiness . . and I beleive a person who does such a thing deserves at the very least a Severe CANNING Rocket River
Apparently, Domino's Pizza knows all about it. Their ads are dominating this thread. The real secret to their new crust exposed?
this brings me to this question!!! If a guy just ate a cheeseburger or shrimp and other shelled seafood, does that mean a religious kosher eating woman wouldnt be eating kosher at that point?!?!?!
