Okay, I figured out what your problem was and how to get rid of it. First, you need to be using firefox. Second, get the addon NoScript. It blocks all flash animations and any potentially harmful scripts. (It's a handy addon but you'll constantly be having to allow websites so you can watch videos or flash animated websites) Anyway, once you get to the screen you'll see a grayed out box with the noscript logo on it. Just click it and there you go! I tested this out by temporarily allowing all scripts on the page and I got that same curtain thing you did, which I hadn't seen before. I know it's a hassle, but it's 5 years worth of Sunny for gosh's sake!
