And probably because he was in the movie, he reached his goal of selling the number of copies of Coven to make Northwestern (plus, he did get that inheritance from his uncle). Of course, he still hasn't made Northwestern, but being in American Movie has allowed him to make something of a career in the movie biz. The fact that he hasn't made Northwestern is his choice, rather than a money issue (and he is working on a horror movie right now, last I heard). I didn't think American Movie made fun of him, either, but it is hard not to laugh at him at many points just because he's so out there. But my understanding is that he's happy with the portrayal of him in the movie. One funny movie I haven't seen on the list is The Wrong Guy. You must see it. It's got a lot of funny stuff.
I have to agree here, I lost all credibilty around here once when I started a thread about How High, it's incredibly stupid with no plot whatsoever, but nonetheless hilarious.
Honeymoon in Las Vegas There was a movie with judd nelson in which he played an attorney, can't remember the name, but there was this overblown scene about the word ******* being used. At the time, it cracked me up.
