Why did Larson choke, to bad i want the germans to lose. Ibrahimovic is playing bad this entire tournament(also this year), but he can be a good player.

Germany is a lot better then i tought, but i still do not see them winning it all.

The second yellow was not yellow, and the penalty also wasn't a penalty.

Rivaldo...that was a great goal...by him..he does have skill...he's just been taken out of the game by every team that has played Sweden. your right he has been hindered by his injury which would slow him down...

That goal was great, funny thing at the moment after the goal were they show Van der Vaart(in the public) who is not really looking entertained, the commentator says: Everybody is happy, and smiling:D

I am really suprised Laarson missed that PK the way he did. He is usually clutch. Sad to see a great player like him end his career this way.

Yeah that 2nd yellow was BS. I thought the PK was a good call b/c Laarson was going to turn and shoot but was taken out.

Germany completely outclassed Sweden and should have score 2-3 more goals. Sweden layed down and gave up after the missed PK. They should be ashamed. They didn't even try to attack, they were just content to pass the ball around and keep it 0-2. If I were a Swede I would be sick to my stomach right now.

2-0 -- but it easily could have been 5/6 - 0 (or 1 if Larson makes the easy PK)

Total German domination -- exciting game overall.

Damn! That was total domination by the Germans, I didn't expect to see Sweden get hammered like that

This German squad is scary good...my heart is rooting for Mexico, but my selfish mind is rooting for an Argentina-Germany mathcup...that should be an absolute CLASSIC!

Argentina-Germany would be incredible. I haven't really looked at the match-ups could we have a Brazil - Germany final?

The Germans were attacking at will on the Swedes...they were able to get in the box time and time again and then when they couldn't they would lay it back for Frings or Ballack in the midfield and they had some wide open rocket shots that could have been goals if not for the goalie.

It was like the Swedes were just conceding and giving them the long range shots and i could see why the Goalie was so pissed all the time...they just sat back and let them take target practice.

I believe we owe the Germans for 1990 in Italy. There was no joy in my household on that day. So some payback is in order for the next round.

This Mexico match is just a formality. Argentina wins 4-0 if the mexicans can play great defense.

Argentina has looked amazing in only 1 game the rest of them were just okay to me. I think they will still dominate and win it but to the tune of 2-1

I remember watching that game (i was 8 :) ) and was absolutely pissed at the B.S. PK the ref gave in the final minutes of the game (I loved Argentina back then b/c of Maradona).

It is amazing but in International soccer it is easy to root for many different teams b/c there are so many great teams and alot of cinderella ones as well. Damm, I love the beautiful game.

I wish Mexico the best but I am pulling for Argentina (sorry SlowLy-D)

    Jetzt:

    Mexiko 1, Argentinien 1

This is the most exciting game I've seen so far (not saying a whole hell of a lot...).

Crap goal, Crespo fouled Borgetti before he knocked in the OG
