Man that was a big missed call by the refs not calling the offsides on the Swiss. Gave them the go ahead goal.

Not only that i was looking good with my perdiction.

It messed it all up. I had 1-0 to swiss and 2-0 for France and i would have been a genius...damn refs lol

And lets not post any Swiss girls that look that bad please....lets be slightly selective lol

Damn, there goes the last Asian football hope.

BTW, I didn't selectively post "bad" looking Swiss girl pics. There were all from one site.

The French are back playing like a team again (second half)... Spain is out if the French keep Viera in and keep the old man Zidane out...

The way I see it, there are no true upsets. Everything has been in order so far. The real deal starts tomorrow.

I don't follow much on Czech. What was Czech seeded? Did it do well in the European Cup? It has never been a tier-one team for all that I know.

They qualified second in their group(behind the dutch), but they played without Nedved(their best player).

Two years ago they were the best team in Europe(however they lost to greece in the semi Finals). I expected them to go very far this championship.

Yes and yes. Losing Koller was huge.

Germany, Argentina, England, Holland, Aussie, Ukraine, Brazil, Spain go to the quarters. Hopefully.

Losing Koller was very huge in deed. That guy is huge and he plays great. Unlike Crouch for England that only looks good on set pieces with Headers.

If there's one thing I learned from watching this World Cup so far, it's that the whole notion of "fair play" is BS. It just leads to theatrics and time wasting.

Euro players are the worst but the guys from Ghana gave them a run for their money yesterday.

In any sport there is theatrics and time wasting. Nothing you can do about it.
